Official language of the meeting is English. There will not be simultaneous translation.
On request, Congress Organizational Secretariat Serenas Tourism will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual scientists. This letter, however, does not constitute any commitment by the Meeting Organizers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs connected to the participation in the meeting. Congress Organizational Secretariat will not be held responsible visas not granted.
Congress main registration desk will be located at the Anadolu Medical Center, Gebze. All participants will be welcomed by Serenas staff.
All cancellations must be made by sending an email to the address cuneyt.ozbilgin@serenas.com.tr, for all notifications of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, including the Swift Code, where a possible refund may be remitted less bank charges. In the event that a cancellation of a booking is requested, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the following schedule:
