We are reaching out to invite you to participate in FEMS Project “SHAPING THE FUTURE OF DOCTORS’ HEALTH - better working conditions for an healthier profession”, developed by the European Federation of Salaried Doctors – FEMS in collaboration with Italian University of Marche.

FEMS is a medical European organization that represents salaried doctors across Europe

This questionnaire aims to investigate the EFFECTS of medical work and the current organization within healthcare systems on the physical health of healthcare professionals.

Understanding the potential health conditions, the varying impact across different specializations, and the possible effect of workload/working hours on the physical health of doctors will be crucial:

to define the full time equivalent for doctors,

to obtain information confirming the arduous effect of the medical profession on its practitioners, to push for the legislative recognition,

to gather elements useful for improving work organization

to identify strategies to protect professionals and improve the organization of work within hospitals

Our goal is to contribute to the creation of resilient healthcare systems in Europe, for both doctors and patients.
